Here's what I spent at my 4 major places:
Giant Eagle, CVS, Walgreen's, and Rite Aid.
I didn't include all the "extra bucks" I received or future purchase off coupons- they end up being included in the savings on future purchases- so I didn't bother breaking it down that far.
CVS:
Spent $22.83 ($3.20 was tax)
Saved $99.67 77%
Walgreen's:
Spent $52.94 ($5.82 was tax)
Saved $173.40 69%
Giant Eagle:
Spent $102.95 ($3.62 was tax)
Saved $150.43 59.3%
Rite Aid:
Spent $1.44 ($0.77 was tax)
Saved $24.50 94%
Totals:
Spent $180.16
Saved $448.00 59.7%
My numbers do NOT include any of Paul's trips - I don't have his receipts. He buys the produce and meats most of the time. He probably spends another $100 a month on that kind of stuff.
